While hockey organizations can be diverse in many ways in terms of their members, it doesn’t necessarily mean that they have created an inclusive environment. Put simply, diversity is the mix, whereas inclusion involves bringing together and harnessing diverse forces and resources in a way that is beneficial to the organization.
